How come i can never get the iTunes 7.7?

i always download it and my iTunes never changes, but it updates it. i have Window's Home Edition,..is that the reason why?

  1. No, I am running the iTunes 7.7 on my Window XP. Mine can even run the Safari web browser on it. You can check the version in the iTunes to check whether it is the ver 7.7?
