  1. HI  first of all I'm not a doctor - i suggest you talk to your doctor if it persists  but the dizziness  happens  to lots of people for all various reasons    since you say your a kid you will be most likely in good health and fit.  dehydration can be a problem. inadequate food intake is another. but  just generally talking and do not take my word for this being  your answer to what  is wrong with you as i have no training in diagnosing people and its not as easy as to just type some words on a computer screen.  when you lay down to sleep and your body relaxes your blood vessels are able to relax a little and open up reducing the stress on our heart. when us the human stands up gravity  takes over and when your feet hits the ground what will happen to all the  blood in your body - it goes straight towards your feet (its not totally true as your heart is the pump and it wont let all the blood go to your feet or you would collapse and may die ) as to the marvels of nature in our veins  we have little gate things that stop the blood from flowing backwards  so if the blood is heading towards your head its not meant to go backwards or it will just pool in your lower limbs and your top half of your body would get no blood.  Since your body has been in bed all night or laying flat when you re orientate your body to an upright position your body has to instantly tighten up all those veins and capillaries  to stop all the blood from rushing down to your feet. -  as to why it happens to you at a young age i am not sure ask your doctor about your dizziness when you see the Dr next.

  2. Maybe you're dehydrated.

I get that sometimes when I get up suddeny after sitting for a long time.

  3. It could be that you aren't eating enough or you're dehydrated. It could also be from standing up too fast. It happens to a lot of people. If it gets worse or bothers you, I suggest seeing a doctor about it.

  4. feel relax

  5. Could be an Iron deficiency. Eat your steak and  green veggies.
