How come i have kaspersky but am still having pop ups?

  1. It could be that nothing is actually free.

    When something is FREE there are always conditions.


  2. Do you have the antivirus or the security suite?

    It only comes with the suite.

    If you have the suite, then open it up and go to antispam and enable it.

    If you only have the av, then you could download either yahoo or Google toolbar as they both have nice pop-up blockers, also both IE and FF have built in pop-up blockers.

    Just do a quick search for the one of your choice.
