How come i have yahoo search suggestions?

before I could click on the search bar and my list of sites would come up.now you type in a couple letters and a suggestion box appears??????????????with similar entries.I have to disable the suggestion box for my sites to come up.Whats this all about?When you disable it stays off but if you exit off yahoo and get back on you have to disable it again???????????Just started doing this?????????Computers going out the window!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Equally annoyed here and then you go to Yahoo "help" and it says download the stupid toolbar to go to options to disable it and you get a toolbar adn there's no selection on there for THAT! What is this? YAHOO - you should leave well enough alone!!!! Or let people use it IF they want to !!!! Or leave it disabled if someone TELLS it to be disabled.... even if we go to a different WEBsite and come back - NOT closing the browser - the stupid suggestion things comes back on!

I sent them a suggestion to at least add an option to disable it permanantly for users who dislike it.

I am having the exact same problem and let me just tell you that it is getting REALLY annoying. I have no idea what is going on with yahoo.

Seriously. Hate it. It just appeared this morning. I sent a comment to Yahoo "suggesting" to them what they can do with their annoying suggestions.
