How come i hurt when i sprint

well i'm a track and field runner and i am fast. i have no problem jogging i do it for fun and walking have no problem. but when i sprint it hurts. it hurts in my thighs. i don't know why i hurt and other track runners don't have that problem. i start out good but it hurts after awhile help

  1. You're sore? Maybe. Try stretching slowly, not too fast before you sprint


  2. u probably pulled a muscle. And you deserve it, ho. (sound familiar? don't call ppl that)

  3. before u start sprinting make sure u got enough jogging in on long distance for short distance sprint the whole way! strech really slowly but aggressively to get u warmed up.
