How come if I delete my question (because NO one answered it at all) I dont get my 5 points back?

Look. If people asked questions and got it answered, then deleted the question, they would get their 5 points back + the answer they were looking for.

If you wait for it to be deleted by Yahoo you'll get your points back. Other wise you won't.

There is no need to delete your question because it did not get answers. If you just leave it, your won't lose points.

You may not have got any response because here is not the best place to post that question, which would be more appropriate in the "Yahoo Products' section.

I'm not sure to be honest, maybe that's just the way YA works.

Ps- even with violation notices that are contested, they don't even get back to you.  1 month and I'm still waiting for an answer.

Look right down the bottom of the page and you'll see "community guidelines", click on the link and that will tell you all you need to know.

But don't take it to heart because in this place even if a person does follow the guidelines, you can still get reported on a whim.(I have the feeling that they make their own rules here)
