How come if someone on a motorcycle blows a stop sign and causes a 4 car wreck, the driver gets in huge?

trouble but if someone on a bicycle does it and they don't get punished.

  3. The difference is the motorcycle driver is a licensed driver.  Also insurance is involved then.  and most bicyclers are younger.
