How come if we are upside down blood rushes to our head but when we stand it doesn't rush to our feet?

  1. Because unlike to your head, there is only one artery leading to your feet.  The Blood uses veins and capillaries to make it's way back to your heart from the feet.  The head however has two arteries one leading to it and the other leading away to make sure the brain has plenty of oxygen.
