How come if you read up on a plants they my say some ,moderate ,or even in door .?

has to do with the light absorption needed for proper plant growth.    This is about all I know since I've managed to kill just about every house plant I've had.

The some/moderate/indoor.. is an indication of light requirements--needless to say this is not an outdoors/fullsun, or partial shade variety--but rather it prefers rather dim situations like a shaded porch or indoors by an open window but not in direct sun.

  If it continues to bloom and grow congratulations--it is doing just fine--but rather than repotting it every 1 to 2 months you could just try trimming off the bottom 1/3 of the root clump and then replanting in the same pot.  What kind of plant is it--it sounds like it is pretty hardy!

The climate where you are determines pretty much which will live indoors/out.  Some can't take the full sun, some are shade plants, etc.  

You need to repot because the roots are growing and will become root bound and die if you don't give them room.  You also need a good fertilizer.  Miracle Grow is great for most plants, but make sure you get the right kind.  Ask the person at the place you buy.  Growing plants is rewarding and growing herbs can really make a difference when you use the fresh ones in your cooking.

It seems your talking about house plants? You have to remember that most of those plants are huge in their native environments. They seem to be thriving in your care but you may be giving them more than they need and will find that, like the tiny little fishies in the pet store, they grow out of their environment when they get all they need, and fast. Cut down on the "Miracle Gro" and make them wear their "old clothes (pots)" until they are worn out a bit or you will soon have no living room. Also, some items of foliage plants are for that and blossoms are to be discouraged, but as to that, it is in the end your own personal taste. Look each up, bookmark them and put them in a desktop folder until you know the info is not of use. Research items before you buy to avoid having to use a machete every time you want to see the television.

All plants that have chlorophyl require sunlight to grow. Some plants need more light than others. Think about a rainforest having three layers. Top layer recieves most light, middle layer slightly less, and ground plants recieve minimal light. Plants are sold on their average lighting requirements. Your plant may receive sufficient light for its need. Hope this helps :)
