How come in the little league world series the radar gun says one speed than another?

and if it would be euivalent to mlb speed

they are equal in reaction time. If the batter is facing a 69 mph pitch from the 46 foot mound, he has the same reaction time as a guy pitching 90 from the 66 foot mound

Funny thing is that i was going to ask that very question

I thought that it would be the opposite

69mph then for mlb it would be slower but idk its very weird and i looked this up last year and could find anything so ill be waiting for a good answer on ur :P
