How come its been raining so much!

I live in New York and its been raining non stop! And its only summer, also ive noticed its been cooler and rainier. Is this because the polar icecaps are melting? And if they are did the sea levels rise because I haven't heard anything about a rise in sea levels. And first wouldn't it affect the coastlines? Also does this mean more snow in the winter?

Sorry I know, alot of questions.

Thanks for whoever answered

  1. ask mr gore he thinks he has the answer lol

  2. it is just a cold front,

no, global warming can work both ways hotter/cooler

if there was a rise in sea levels the whole world would know

  3. It has been raining here for the last 22 days except for 1 day that was sunny, I am not kidding!

When I say raining I mean it: like wet, and thunderstorms, and gray clouds all day.

Usually water/clouds is coming from the gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean next to Venezuela. It must be very hot and sunny down there.

  4. Well if its raining too much its global warming, if its not raining its gw, if it is snowing too much its gw, if its warm its gw, if its cold its gw, nobody knows.
