How come legacy submarine systems weren't interoperable with Collins systems ?

  3. you were asking about the collins submarine for a while, and for some unknown reason you keep on posting your questions in the philosophy section, if you are genuine in your question post it in the proper section to get the answers you seek, if it is related to homework go to the homework section, if it is about military inventions go to the proper section, the collins submarine is australian invention and it is bit of history now, its software, well, it is history as well.
