How come middle age filipino men are grumpy and rude?

and how come some try to act like their in their twenties? i notice it alot. SOme old filipino guy with a wife and kids talks to me about how he would sleep with every girl that passes by in the hospital. and some are sensitive and try to start fights and act immature. filipino middle age dudes are losers!!
