How come miguel cotto let margarito win??

It's obvious that cotto could have done a better job, some openings that he didn't attack. and he didn't made margarito step back, margarito was guns and blazin towards him.

I'm a miguel Cotto fan and i'm upset about that!!

Magarito obviously wanted it more than Cotto.I know the official results shows Cotto was knocked down twice,but the truth is he went down because he simply quit.

The second knock down really and truly confirms the size of Cotto's heart,he backed into the corner,then knelt down like a coward.He could have tried to clinch or tie up Magarito until the end of the round,yet he chose to quit.

All Cotto fans must be disappointed with his lackluster heartless effort

Dude, he fought as good and hard as he possibly could have!  He coulda attacked the body more, but that leaves your head open for shots he obviously didn't wanna take from Margo!  It's hard to beat someone that doesn't care if you're hitting them!

Dude, you shouldn't be upset with Cotto for his performance.  He fought his *** off out there.  He just came up against a tough and very determined fighter with a GRANITE chin!!!

Try standing in there with an opponent who only knows forward and is walking through your best shots when nobody else ever has before.  Cotto fought hard and deserves all the respect in the world.

I tip my hat to both him and Margarito for putting on a excellent fight.

Dude if your a Miguel Cotto fan, no disrespect but you aint much of one.

Cotto probably put on the perfomance of his career against Margarito. That was some of the best boxing he has ever done. Im serious about that. He was hitting him and NOT GETTING HIT BACK for six rounds!! He hit him with every combo he knew to throw. He would jump and circle left away when Margarito advanced...right in time. Honestly I would grade Cotto's performance as an A with Margarito.

But when you have thrown things at a guy that would cripple other guys into a stutter, and they are still smiling and not even taking a single step back...its disheartening, no matter how good you are.

sorry pal, your in denial, that or disrespecting Cotto as a true warrior on the night he was beaten by the better man simple as that. if he where to let margo win for whatever reason to a man like Cotto would be selling himself and his fans out and no amount of anything would be worth that to person like Cotto.

Live with it buddy, Cotto does and he will either retire or comeback stronger that's a fact of life.

Let him win?????? Did Cotto's face look like he let someone win? He got crushed. Pure and Simple. He can't beat Margarito. Poor matchup for Cotto. He is too short to fight the kind of fight needed to beat Margarito.
