How come most Greeks living in the UK are from Cyprus and not Greece?

Cypriots are Greek, why dont you go educate yourself ?

I suggest you educate yourself as well.  Anyone born in Cyprus is Cypriot...and whether you like it or not, that includes the Turkish Cypriots and the British Cypriots, or the Cypriots who speak Greek, or any other language for that matter.  

I also know quite a few families living in the UK who are from Greece and not Cyprus, so saying that most are from Cyprus is a bit of a generalisation.
