How come my Zune can't connect to my laptop?

Question

Every time I connect my Zune into my laptop, it wont connect. I tried to plug it out and back in.. still it wont work. I have a Windows P Laptop, and Windows Vista(tm) Capable.

If you are giving me this website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944909?s... don't because I have tried all of it and it won't work. I even tried both outlets. Please, can anyone help me? I search up some similar questions, and still no answer.

maybe your computer doesnt recognize it (try searching that). or u can try putting the usb cable in the back of the comp. (if its in the front) if not then maybe try redownloading zune software. oh and zune usually only works with vista if u havent tried that yet. if none of this works then i dont know.
