very unusual as Yahoo does not unless oficially asked by authorties to search your yahoo account

It can be for any number of reasons. They can range from violating one or more of the terms and conditions of the user agreement or being reported by someone for spam and/or complainst.

My suggestion to you is to contact yahoo by sending them an email requesting an explanation as to the reason your account was shut down.
