How come my caps lock is on and it writes lower case? and when i click on links it opens up new browers?

Its really pissing me off and i am guessing it has something to do with the sticky keys because shift is always held in it seems because i cant click enter and that must be the reason for why caps lock is on

so how do i reverse this?

One of your shift key in the keyboard is stuck, Release it. then both the problem will be solved.

If it is not stuck! You can disable sticky by going to Control Panel and Select Accessibility Options.Select the Use StickyKeys check box and uncheck it

If you hit shift 5 times fast, it turns sticky keys on or off.

Also, with your browser question, go to tools, options, or preferences and you can change settings for clicking on a link, such as opening a new tab or browser, etc.
