How come my friends are nice a one point and next they are so B****y! can u help?

That's how my friends are, but all I do is shrug it off. You can always ignore it, or if it's really bugging just confront them and tell them that's you don't like what their doing or saying. If they were your real friends, they'd understand, if not it's better to find better people.
