How come my google tool bar has moved and how do i put it back were it was. thank you.?

unless you have deleted it ~try on your browser page~at the top of your screen ~right click  on a clear space ~a window with all available toolbars will come up .if google toolbar is there click on it and it will be replaced.

When your browser is open click on View > Toolbars and click Google. That should restore it.
