  1. because your body got used to it...its all normal

  2. usually after u workout at a same pace ur muscles get used to it so it reduces the strain/soreness on a muscle part

thats why wen u stop training for a while n come back u will feel sore due to ur muscles not workign out for awhile..

ive also researched that after good workouts.. u can go for a walk or a jog it will deplete the amount of latic acid buildup thus decreasing ur soreness/strain

  3. It is a common side effect of training to feel sore the next day, as when your muscles work hard, they produce Lactic Acid. The amount produced and your ability to get rid of it into your bloodstream can greatly affect how you perform as an athlete. There isn't anything you can do to stop yourself from creating it when you exercise, but doing cardio work after a workout can dissipate the lactic acid. Spinning a low gear on a bike trainer, or going for a fast walk, doing jumping jacks, etc.

  4. Just because you are no longer sore does not mean that you are not exercising well.  Doing cardio the day after helps balance things out and decrease the soreness.  But also, your body might be getting used to the routine.  Increase the intensity or change up and/or alternate your exercises.
