How come my mail box in 360 won't send out mailbecause it is full. But I only have 1 message in it?

  1. Other folders may be full. Just go through the motions of clearing your mail box as the first step.

    - Go to your "Mailbox" page.

    - You will see your message listed there. Select the box next to the message. Above the green word "Messages" in that same section, there is a "Delete" button. Click it and it will delete the messages that you've selected.

    - Click on outstanding invitations (left side of page...your limit is 100) and delete them. Delete expired invitations (view the invitations and then delete them on that next screen).

    - Check your "Sent" folder and delete old messages.

    If that doesn't work, then you're likely experiencing a 360 glitch that you'll have to wait out. You can try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, but it's still likely something on Yahoo's end.
