How come my mitsubishi VS 60707 is all staticy when I turn it on?

cuz every time i turn it on, its all shaky and my eyes hurt from watching. but when an hour or 2 passes by, it works again 0.o.

This is a common problem on this model usually caused by bad capacitors in the power supply or on the signal board. (check c2po5 on 3.3v regulator or c2po8 on 9v regulator, both on the signal board)
