  1. This is caused by fatigue of the muscle, build-up of lactic acid, lack of nutrients, and dehydration. This used to happen to me all the time. Make sure that you stay hydrated after your workout. It also helps to shake/massage your arms after you workout.

  2. it's either because you have over used those muscles, or a lack of caloric intake. Anytime you work out, your body burns calories, if you haven;t eaten enough before starting, your muscles will tremor or in the case of leg muscles, twitch.

  3. Muscle contractions.  It will happen every time you increase your weight.

  4. Its a spazm, created by a build up of latic acid, latic asid is cause by anerrobic respiration"not breathing much when working out" . Thats what makes yur arms ache. the spazm is caused by the musle absorbing the latic acid and getting rid of it. its nothing to be scarred of. if it gos on for ages thoe ied get it checked out.

  5. did you jsut start working out? if so its prob cause ur bodys not used to it, not a concern rly, unelss there like spazzing lol

  6. That's a sign of fatigue. Make sure you stretch properly.
