How come my teeth have little bumps on the bottom?

My teeth would be straight but they have they have like little u's on the bottom. Why is that and can I fix it?

  1. Its normal.


  2. I don't know how old you are, but when you first get your adult teeth they have those ridges so that they can cut through your gums. As you age the ridges will go away with time from being worn down by chewing etc.  

  3. I think everyone has them. Your orthodontist will straighten them out if you've had braces.

  4. I don't know but I have little ridges on the bottom and top teeth and a dentist has never said anything in their regards so I assume it is fine.
