It might be broke......i don't know but maybe someone else has a better answer.

if you have norton security click on it when it comes up click on antispam then click on pop up block then click on configure at the bottom right corner un click add blocker and pop up blocker then click ok you should then be able to get on the player and yahoo beta mail as well if norton is the one blocking it
