  1. Croxx, Great question. Religion in schools should not be allowed; religion is unquestioning belief and therefore  the very opposite of education.

    Good luck  contacting New Labour, tell them you are reading the Koran and they will give you a better reception

  4. I always thought it was a nice tune (the Christmas Tree I think) High in idealism but lacking in substance just like this government was.

    Perhaps we should remember that much of the Labour movement has it's foundation in the Methodist Church. It's the Commies who try to forget the basis because it is inconvenient  

  5. Many of the Party's founders were Christians.(Kier Hardy amongst them)

    When it is true to itself it owes more to Methodism than Marxism.
