talking about Biden's son being a Lobbyist? Doesn't that go a bit against what Obama says about not working for Lobbyists and Special Interest groups?

Biden was appointed by Bill Clinton to serve in the United States Department of Commerce under secretaries Norman Mineta and William M. Daley.

On May 16, 2006, Biden was nominated by President George W. Bush to the board of directors of Amtrak. He was confirmed unanimously on July 26, 2006 by the United States Senate for a term of five years, and is currently the vice-chair of the board.

He is also a member of the board of National Prostate Cancer Coalition.

Obama has never worked for Biden's lobbying firm.

Obviously he's against Lobbyists and Special Interest groups only when it's convenient for him.

not really.

lobbyists merely make their points known and focus on educating politicians on the implications of their votes and decisions- nothing wrong with that.  It is when the lobbyists can buy politicians' votes (this happens more with republicans - big oil and tobacco, anyone?).

So really, lobbyists are not the problem - politicians are.
