How come on ebay my items don't show up in the search bar?

Does it take time? I've had my posting up for 4 hours and when I search it, it don't come up but when I go into my ebay they show up. Did this ever happen to you? I just posted 6 adds up b.t.w

Sometimes it takes longer than others, also it might be because your signed in.

Just give it time.  It'll show.

is ok, i'm a ebay user and that's happen to me sometimes and it only show this weird message saying sorry for the inconvenience
