How come parents don't trust their kids when they do their homework?

Like I'm doing it and she comes down to ask me if I"m doing it hwen I am and I'm all Like you are distracting me now I don't want to do my hoemowrk like right now.

  2. Because we were kids once and remember how easy it is to get distracted with something more interesting than homework.

  3. Well like maybe if you like kept your grades up and stuff then like she wouldn't stand behind you and all. So like, yeah.. maybe you should like deal with it. Like.. *rolls eyes*

  4. Everyone takes shortcuts doing homework and then in life you start to realize that if only you had worked a little longer or a little more.  Your parents probably want more success for you then what they've had.  Wouldn't you want that too for your children.
