How come pool can't get on mainstream television?

Question

Bowling, golf, skateboarding, triathalons, etc. all manage to get on TV. How come pool can't get on TV? It has to be a more popular pastime/hobby than all those "sports" combined.

Cue sports does not generate enough advertisement money for  reg TV  if our tourns paid millions of dollars like golf -poker games-football-baseball-basketball or Nascar we would be on every channel like they are

A while back Straight Shooter ask about a cue sports station  and it would be a great idea but not enough money or intrest even from a PBS station I contacted 3 diff and got a rubber stamp ans from all 3

And to re mention the FACT that when Mosconi Played Fats it was the top rated sports program ever for decades

It is, ESPN covers it all the time.  h**l, they have hour long shows for trick shot tournaments.
