That's the wrong Lord Porchester in your photo comparison with Andrew.  You need a photo of his dad, the 7th Earl of Caernarvon.  The nose, the jawline, and above all the chunky build, are all most unlike Philip. See here:

Not convinced, then visit Highclere House and you may (if they haven't removed them) see a photo or two of the 7th Earl in the 1950s in one of the rooms.  I was so staggered by the resemblance when I first visited that I blurted out "my God it's Andrew!".  Luckily there was no guide in the room and no-one else knew what I was talking about.
