  2. Finally, an interesting question!  Thanks for asking.

    It's the same reason that snow is white and water clear.  The suds are made of many bubbles.  Each bubble is very thin, containing very little shampoo and more water from the shower.  Each bubble has two surfaces (inner and outer) on each side.  Every surface reflects light of all colors, like glass does (and like sugar, salt, or snow.)  Lots and lots of these surfaces reflect almost all of the light, so you get white.  By contrast, in the bottle, you only have a front surface and then maybe a back surface, maybe a label, separated by a whole lot of shampoo.  A little bit of dye in the shampoo absorbs certain colors when the light passes through it.  The bubbles, however, are too thin and dilute to absorb much light compared to how much is reflected.

  3. Excellent question. It's because, the molecules, when tightly bonded together are designed in such a way to keep a certain color, however when you apply friction, you move them around and they break apart into suds, being their original form
