  1. You have to allow them to work. Did you take them about 45min before sleep & then get into bed & do quiet things like listen to instrumental music very softly? NO COMPUTER.

Another thing: Are you using any other medications or drugs? They may affect the effectiveness of the sleep meds.

Also, It's like the difference between Bayer Aspirin, Bufferin, Excedrin, etc. Some people swear buy one, others swear by another.

Different meds in the same class, can be effective for some people & not others.

Speak to your MD about them not working. I'm presuming you have a prescription for them.

    Good luck

  4. Maybe your body is getting used to the dosage and doesn't respond to them anymore?!

It seems to me that you're taking them everyday and are

relying on them to go to sleep!?

Why not take Melatonin supplements instead to get your sleeping patterns back to normal?

then you can switch to herbal or homeopathic remedies

    to help you with it...

Those sleeping pills cause serious complications in the future if not now!!

    Pay attention to your brain,

    Brain cells do not regenerate!

  5. I FEEL like too so need sleepxx KIT

  6. it could be that you actually dont respond to them bc you dont need them.

try taking a melatonin supplement.. its a totally nautral product you can buy at a vitamin shop or food supermarket...

melatonin is a natural hormone that your body makes in the pineal gland... it secretes it when it gets dark and again at 10-30 minutes before you go to bed.. have you ever noticed that when there is a dark sky or theres a thinderstorm, you just feel like going back to bed and you start to yawn more? thats melatonin. taking sleeping pills does nothing to help this natural process... i would combat this naturally, not through sleeping pills... its worth a try, its natraul so it cannot hurt...

also it could be a vitamin deficiancy in general... try a multi vitamin...

    good luck!
