How come small LCD TV's (20 inches) , never have 1080p ?

is it because it 's not possible? or is it too expensive?

  1. screen is too small


  2. because at that size u wont tell the difference between 1080 and 720. at that size there is only so much room for lines of resolution. you wont tell 1080p to about 42".
