How come so many arabian people answer the phones when you call for phone support?

Western Asian nations have been growing prominent in the electronic industry. They've also a long history of hardworking, dedicated people who have become famous to some degree within coporate industries. So I wouldn't be surprised if someone like that answered your call. The, there's outsourcing, because in Asia alot of the resources they have, come at a cheaper price than what we offer.

Yes, Outsourceing, And this is a bad idea!! Thease ppl get on my nerves... I called the SAME GUY 2 Times in like 10 minuets (HughesNet Support) and the SAME GUY went over the SAME c**p 2 times, Soo Annoying...

Most of the telecom and software companies have outsourced their buiness to india and to philiphines , the reason is not only just cheap labour but also for their dedication towards the work and they have lots of patience .

if it had been a fellow american or canadian or english who is taking all these calls they wont be tolerating the words that come out from the customers mouth.

and i dont think any companies outsourcing to gulf countries or to pakisthan.

actually, it's more likely that you're talking to someone in India or Pakistan - they're not Arab.  And the reason is that a lot of large companies are outsourcing their calls to other countries because it's cheaper for them.
