How come some moderators permissions don't work?

I was recently made a moderator of a group I belong to. One of the original moderators gave me full permissions but they will not work and only the FIRST original can do some things as well that NO ONE ELSE can.

  1. you can go to that home page, click members list- click moderator tab- click edit membership below your ID- scroll down to very bottom to the priviledges- green you can, red you cant.

generally, when a moderator is appointed by an owner, they do not give all 9 priviledges to them. you'll need to double check your green area's and be sure your Yahoo ID is connected to that membership- you can make a member a moderator that doesn't have a Yahoo ID, but they wont be able to do much w/o the ID
