How come some people hate Kobe Bryant?

I am not a big basketball fan but why do some people hate him. I watched a basketball game some time ago. It was Lakers vs Someone. Kobe was really talented. He is like the next Micheal Jordan.

Why do some people hate him?

If you really did watch basketball then you would know more then one team.  You never seen Michael play by the sound of your post so how do you know he is like the next MJ?

yo people hate on him cause before he used to not trust his teammates I and many others would have done the same if we were in his position. he was talented but didnt trust his team mates so didnt pass to them often. That is why occassionally people call him a ball hog.

But dont listen to them cause kobe is different now. He has better teammates now and he trusts them. Like how he passes to Pau Gasol and Odom.

Just imaging the triangle offense without him lol...terror.

Btw Kobe is still talented he won 2007-2008 MVP award.

Because he is the best, simply stated. They're jealous of the Lakers and Kobe, who are the best dynasty(who's more consistent Boston? Who took 22 years to get a 'ship, don't give me that 9-2 excuse loL!) and player.
