Question:

How come some people still don't believe in Climate Change?

I'm not saying it's all humans fault, maybe just a 'season' earth goes thru, but a lot of evidence seems to point to it.

  1. I don't believe in anything. Opinions based on belief have no value.

I prefer to let facts govern my life.

  2. When so many agendas are so easily recognizable, it's hard not to be skeptical. It even appears, some have even tried to suppress facts to further their agendas. I've heard of scientists being ostracized for expressing doubt about the so- called consensus. To me, both sides seem to make a good argument to the laymen. With a field of study so enormously complex, most fall into the category of laymen. God is really the only expert in climate science as far as I'm concerned.

  3. “Recent studies show that solar variability rather than changing CO pressure is an important, probably the dominant climate forcing factor ... The current and anticipated fleet of spacecraft devoted to the study of solar and solar-terrestrial physics will therefore pobably prove to have more bearing on the understanding and forecasting of climate change than the orchestrated assessments by politically motivated international panels biased towards global warming exclusively by the enhanced greenhouse effect.”

  4. Mine should be a best answer =)

    anyway

People don't necessarily believe in "global warming" because scientifically, the earth leans toward greater entropy, or disorder. If the world tends to disorder itself (Like reactions) climate change could simply be a "season" as was the Ice Age.

  5. I think the reality of climate change is basically called,WEATHER!(you know, winter spring summer and fall)

  6. Most do believe, but many like me do not believe that helping Al Gore get rich with his carbon credit scam is not the anwer.  The idea in question is "Is the human race affecting the climate?". If the world was REALLY worried that we are affecting the climate we should take REAL steps to change things.

  7. the evidence has not been proven...go to

michael Savage .com and fing it

  8. facts schmacks

you can use facts to prove anything even REMOTELY true

  9. i dont believed that global warming is true. nobody knows that present warming trends might be a natural phenomenon. nobody knows that the present warming trend might be a man-made. we know astonishingly little about every aspect of the environment, from its past history, to its present state, how to conserved and how to protect it. in every debate , all sides overstate the exten tof existing knowledge and its degree of certainty.

nobody knows how much warming will occur in the next century. the computer models vary by 400 percent, de facto proof that nobody knows. but if i have to guess- the only thing anyone is doing, really -i would guess the increase will be 0.812436 degrees celcuis. there is no evidence that my guess about the state of the world one hundred years from now is any better or worse than anyone else's. we can asses the future, nor we can predict it. these are euphemisms. we can only guess. an informed guess is just a guess.

they just only want to belived us that theres a global warming to make us panic, to scare us so that we will support their organization, to fund their research to buy their stuff. we are now in the state of fear.

its up to you if you want to believe...

  10. We are a stubborn bunch. A lot of people  base their opinions off the opinions of our leaders. George W. Bush especially. We refuse to believe there is something wrong with our World and that what we are doing is going to be our ultimate down fall. Change is hard, little inconveniences seem to unerve us. Even if it is unplugging electronics, using cold water in the washer versus warm, or recycling.

  11. Maybe the science behind global warming is unreliable? Or, the people do not want to make drastic changes that would affect their lifestyle?

  12. Because they are right.

  13. If by climate change you mean the seasons, then I think most people are aware that it gets cold in the winter and hot in the summer.

Most people and scientists don't believe humans can alter the climate.  We can't even divert a hurricane, let alone start or stop one.  Think about it.  Don't let political propaganda win over science and logic.

We don't have any control over the climate, simple as that.

  14. No idea, there is a mountain of proof.

  15. Because, in NH, we've gotten the almost more snow this year than in the last 100 years

  16. ok so I believe in global warming, but some don't cuz they say this happend thousands o years ago. I am 99.9999999% pretty sure that they are wrong, but thats what theys ay
