I've been trying to figure it out. I don't think it's what I eat. I tried drinking a lot the day before and in the morning a little before I run. I do A LOT of walking usually 10-15 miles 3 times a week with a 30 pound backpack. other days only 3 but thats after I run (I'm getting myself ready for the Army) so maybe that has something to do with it? I don't know any ideas?

  1. Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep at night, or if you can, 10. It seems like a lot but you'll feel so much better.

  2. Try and stick to a specific diet plan.

What are your sleeping patterns like?

Try to sleep, exercise and eat at the exact same times everyday (basically have 2 days [1 to rest, the other to exercise] then repeat). You'll have the same energy if you do the same thing everyday.
