How come sometimes i can't make a heart on facebook????

how do i make the heart..

i've tried putting a space after it. but it doesnt work sometimes :(

♥ -- u have to put [space after what u just wrote] + & + hearts+;+[space]   but no plus signs just all one thing =) or u could copy/paste one

<3 . if u put the heart last then do a space and then a full stop

Either copy it from Character map. Like here: ♥

Or sometimes putting "<3" works too.
