I don't do drugs, so what else could be the cause of it? It's mostly on my arms and legs that I experience this.

  1. Number of reasons;

    1.dried skin

    2.unhealthy skin lacking minerals (eat more oatmeal or something)

    3.skin is dying from intake of toxins or preservatives. msg, monosodium glutamate which kills livers, causes heart disease, etc... also goes by the names spice, spices, natural flavorings, artificial flavorings, will preserve your cells to die off in a domino effect mostly in the organs and your skin is the biggest organ in the body. There's also hydrogenated oils, and some heavy oils like canola oil may come out through your skin and get stuck there irritating nerve endings.

    4.Cancer/melanoma; this comes mostly from hydrogenated oils, lack of good diet, exposure to sunlight, too many showers in chlorine water which bleaches the skin of minerals.  Load up on health natural foods, maybe see a nutritionist if you have to, you don't want skin cancer on the face, especially. Wheat bread has copper, asparagus has lots of everything good, if you're eating lots of Cheetos, the yellow die can cause skin rash in some people.

    5. You may simply be slightly allergic to something you come into contact with.

    6. Soap; titanium dioxide is microscopic knives that cut the skin if not refined to perfection which is impossible, so avoid all soaps with metal in them. I should point out that some deodorants contain aluminum derivatives which were first identified as neurotoxins, but don't make the skin itch. They'll just make you stupid.

    7. I forgot to mention; redheads have a gene that is a weak skin gene, you sunburn easier! (that is if you are a redhead)
