Sometimes, especially when I was younger, whenever I am ready to go to sleep and I close my eyes , I immediately open them up again and it's morning, like time travel.

  1. Probably work to hard. The problem about dreams is that

is so nice for a minute, but when you waike up its hard to

    remember the detailes.

  2. I do the same thing.I dont understand are you dreaming or not in your sleep? If you are then it should seem slower. If youre in a very deep sleep and dont dream anything this could happen. Its actually fine dont worry

  3. Possibly it's because it is 4:15am est right now and you are still up....happens to me all the time.

  4. You have a good ability to sleep well.

    That's a blessing.

Some interesting, worthwhile books on dreaming and sleeping:

"The Master of Lucid Dreams," Dr. Olga Kharitidi,

"The Masters and Their Retreats," Mark Prophet,

"Watch Your Dreams," Ann Ree Colton.

"The Great Divorce," C. S. Lewis.

  5. Yoou don't just have one dream when you sleep. You have a series of short ones, so maybe you dreamed of a lot of other thiungs but the only one you remember is the last one, so it seems like you weren't sleeping for very long.

  6. When you are sleeping, all your body is resting. So does your brain. It is something like hibernation.

The only part of your body that can count the time, your brain, is sleeping.

I think this is the explanation
