First of all, it usually doesn't work as advertised.

Secondly, it stimulates growth where there are already hair follicles, and there are none on your palms. It might work on the back of your hands, but you already have hair there, so nothing needs to be stimulated.

if you probably let it stay for time for absorption, you might see some hair growing.  Now your PALMS don't have hair follicles to produce hair so there won't be any.
