How come the Jacksonville Jaguars vs. Miami Dolphins game is not on TV in the Tampa Bay area?

I have Brighthouse cable and so does my brother living in Orlando. He has it on My65 channel and I can not find it on my guide. Anyone else having this problem?

Brighthouse is stupid. I lived in Orlando and they barely showed Jaguar games. Even the ones that weren't blacked out

because of blackout resterions.  i live in arizona and love  the chargers but i only get cardinals games get nfl network they air all the games cardinals suck go chargers

Cause they don't play the Jags games down here in the Tampa market.
