  1. All countries collectively look for and share medical technology.  Check it out!

  2. because this govt is a bunch of morons. but  yes, there has been outside help, and as post 1 said, Katrina rec lots of help.

  3. obviously, you are one of those people who talk without informing themselves. Many countries helped the usa during and after Catrina. The list keeps going. Do  some research before posting  s**** like this

  4. usa belives being only real super power left its our job or moral duty to help poor folks around the world. thats why usa gives billions of dollors around the world. they dont care how there own people suffer may be they think welfare system and food stamps are enough for them.but some people in usa are poor because they choose to be. i have seen lot of folks who are on welfare for few genration never worked never will.come on workhard folks workhard.

  5. The USA is the richest country on Earth, by far, and the biggest user of its energy resources, by far. Many believe that this creates the obligation of the USA to help other countries.

On a more practical level, contributing to the stability and prosperity of other countries pays off HUGELY for the USA, in terms of lessening threats against the country itself and its many businesses abroad, and in terms of creating markets for many, many USA-produced products. If other countries' economies collapse, it would quickly lead to the collapse of our own. For every dollar spent overseas in aid and development, the return for the USA is probably 20 times that amount.
