How come the URL address in properties section of a search result does not reflect the correct URL address?

When I click on a search result, I am redirected first to RDS.yahoo.com then to Best-Result.com

Oh, I came looking for an answer.  I hoped you had one.  I have a similar problem, I get to results.yahoo.com and then get redirected.  I think we've been kidnapped by spyware but I've run every scan I can find, wiped away everything they find and it still does it.   I'm using firefox, are you?  

For now, of course, you can copy the address - it usually shows at the bottom each search result - and paste it into the browser address bar.  Hit "enter" and you should actually get where you wanted to go.

I just bought a new spyware program and it seems to have a feature that will allow me to tell it what they didn't fix, describe it and they say they'll email me with a solution.  I can't run it again now but I'l try tomorrow night and I'll get back here before the time expires on the question if it's something that you should try.
