How come the more pertinent political questions get redirected to the wrong category?

A lot of times I see them going to the g*y/L*****n/transgender subcategory

The system that directs questions to the suggested category still needs a lot of work, it's obviously based on key words but too broad or limited depending on the specific word. Usually once you are posting here frequently and a longer period that bug should be less and eventually fade out. You can also always choose your own category manually when the suggested ones are wrong.

You can place your questions in any category you want to place them.

So why worry about where yahoo defalts to ?
