How come the time on the Yahoo homepage has been been incorrect since daylight savings time occurred?

The Yahoo time posted is always 1 hour behind. The correct time zone is selected. My computer is set for the correct time and I have checked all of the internet settings.

because alot of the computers and servers were built for regular daylight savings..this year it was three weeks earlier. It did cause minor problems with computers. It will all even out when a few weeks
