I would imagine those countries involved are reporting it.   It's not being reported in England probably because there is not as much interest in Euro2008 as there would be if England were stll in the competition.

Well, it's not being reported here because England aren't in it. Why would anyone here be interested?

Or maybe, it's not actually happening.... because England aren't there.
